LAZZATI High Performance Boring-Mills is pleased to present the new CNC heavy hydrostatic horizontal boring mill HB 150T EVO 4.0.
Thanks to the LHS - LAZZATI Hydrostatic System (highly preloaded hydrostatic on every axis) the HB 150T Evo4.0 can reach a Great level of Rigidity so to permit:

• High Precision
• High Dynamic with rapids and acceleration at the top of the market
• High working feeds also during heavy machining.
High dynamic, rapids up to 20mm/1', acceleration of 1m/s2, high working feeds, complete set of accessories, constant thermostabilization of the structures, make this innovative machine a complete system, capable of adaptation to any kind of processing for the removal of chips.
The HB 150T Evo 4.0 is equipped with a boring spindle of 150mm diameter, 4.000RPM and power equal to 75Kw.
The longitudinal travel of the spindle is 900mm, the cross travel of the rotary table is 3.000÷6.000mm, the vertical head travel is 2.000 ÷3.500mm, the longitudinal travel of the column is 1.500mm ÷ 3.000mm.
The rotary travelling table has a maximum load capacity of 40 tons and dimension 2.000mm x 3.000mm and it is equipped with a double pinion system with backlash recovery that works on a rack with ground teeth.
The system allows table positioning precision in the order of 3" degrees and the possibility of using the table rotation as a real axis for contouring machining.
The machine is available with Heidenhain CNC. Optionally, Siemens, Fanuc and Fagor CNC are also available.
