In Metales we are able to machine and weld different types and grades of material. Most common are ( profiles, tubes, pipes, sheets) : 
Black steel : S235, S355, S690QL as well as materials with higher yield strength as WELDOX, HARDOX, DOMEXStainless steel: 1.4301 , 1.4462 , 1.4571, 1.4404Aluminium: Al Mg 4.5 Mn 0.7 / EN AW – 5083 a AI Mg Si 0.5 / EN AW – 6060/EN AW-AI MgSi

We can provide surface and heat treatments ( painting, galvanizing, hardening, nitridation, shot blastin,...)  externally in partner companies that are regularly audited by Metales as well as by our customers. To ensure required quality, we are providing our customers with galvanizing and nitridation requirements Salt spray test results regularly. 

Our experienced team of welders use MIG, MAG and TIG methods of welding. Thanks to their qualification and  support of our certified welding technologist we are able to supply high quality parts. Our new spacious warehouse allows us to produce parts of different sizes, even large welded constructions. We have three robotized workplaces where we are able to weld parts weighing up to 1500 kg.

Thanks to our constant effort to expand our production capacities and technological possibilities we are proud of our nine turning machines, including two robotic cells. Our machine park also consists of nine milling centers ( 3,4,5-axes, 1-2palletes ) where we are able to machine parts up to 3500*2500*1200mm and 15 000kg.

Here in Metales, we can not only ensure the purchase of material but also its preparation for further processing. In Warehouse 1 in Dolný Kubín we have division of cutting and forming that has several hydraulic and mechanical presses, flux welding station, plasma, band saw machine and high performance circular saw machine with automatic tray, where we can cut the material up to 6m length.
