GS series precision regulators are designed for rapid relief of positive pressures and high flow rates. They have equal and opposite acting control valves for inlet and outlet. The pressure setting is almost independent of changes in inlet pressure (see diagram). This ensures high accuracy even when the pressure varies from time to time. The regulator can be mounted directly using the holes in the body or with the mounting bracket provided as an accessory. The body has a 1/8" connection thread for a pressure gauge. GS regulators are particularly suitable in applications requiring high precision of pressure and high sensitivity in back bleeding, e.g. in applications with low friction cylinders, dancer rolls or coil winders.
