During EMO trade fair, at booth B02 hall 003, SCM will present an innovative chuck, the AIR-ONE.

AIR-ONE is a high clamping tool holder with anti-pull out device.

Latest generation tools have the ability to grant high performances in both in roughing and finishing processes. The highest concern, above all, during heavy roughing operation, is the pull out of the tool.

SCM has developed a product that makes these processes safe thanks to a “no pull out” system, compatible with standard weldon tools.

At the same time, the high clamping chuck guarantees excellent finishing performance thanks to high concentricity and balancing.
