At EMO trade fair, at booth B02 hall 003, SCM ITALY will be pleased to show you the new high clamping chuck with taper coupling for heavy roughing and finishing operations: FIXO.

FIXO is a tool holder that works through mechanical deformation.

Precise run-out (0,003 mm 2,5 x ø) and optimal balancing allow FIXO to reach high performances even in challenging processes.

To increase the locking efficiency, a special ball thread has been developed, that allows coupling either on conical and flat faces. A double contact effect reduces vibration and increase precision.
