New product line –

Manual chucks for CNC machining centres.

SPREITZER introduces the new product line of manual chucks for powerful clamping of the semi-finished workpieces, blanks and round material. In the field of workpiece clamping technology SPREITZER wants to help its customers primarily by well thought out and efficient technology.

The manual chuck MK comes with a collet from high strength aluminium. The workpiece shape can be customized machined into the collet. The clamping force occurs equally on all sides and thus is particularly suitable for thin workpieces. Thanks to the simple collet replacement, various workpieces can be quickly and safely clamped for 5-sided machining. The maximum clamping diameter is 140 mm.

The manual chuck SK is characterized by high clamping forces and clamping accuracy. The manual chucks SK is compatible with the common clamping heads on the market. The maximum clamping diameter is 100 mm.

The mounting of both chucks is vertically as well as horizontally possible. A flanged base, positioning slots or holes for different zero point clamping systems enable universal mounting.

According to customer special versions can be produced.
