High-precision aluminium machining with diamonds: With the MX diamond milling tool, milling operations gain in precision, process reliability and efficiency! The cutting speed of up to 5000 m/min and a feed rate of 0.05 - 0.3 mm per tooth mean the MX diamond is perfectly suited for the series production of light metal components. But even with smaller batch sizes, the standard geometry offers excellent roughing and finishing results.
The patented URMA interchangeable head system means the cutting edge can be changed in just a few steps and your tool is ready for use again in 1-2 minutes - with the highest repeatability and perfect axial run-out!
