September 2019 – At EMO Hannover 2019, VARGUS Ltd. is pleased to introduce the new generation of TM Solid MilliPro Dental line, specifically designed to thread-mill dental implants.
The new TM Solid MilliPro Dental’s geometry, with a reinforced overhang, offers better machining and superior accuracy inside the dental implant’s thread, providing exceptional tool life.
The TM Solid MilliPro Dental features three teeth, for enhanced productivity and faster machining of the thread.

This new generation of tools is available in sizes 3 X Do (thread diameter) and in threading standards:

ISO Metric:

  • M1.2x0.25
  • M1.4x0.3
  • M1.6x0.35
  • M1.8x0.35
  • M2.0x0.4
  • M2.5x0.45

American UN:

  • 0-80 UNF
  • 1-72 UNF

The TM Solid MilliPro Dental line is available in the general-purpose VTH grade, which is TiCN-coated for high resistance to wear. It is fully integrated in the VARGUS GENius™ software for tool selection and cutting data, ready to meet the most demanding threading requirements.
