Genau deshalb haben wir heute unseren neuen Reinigungscontainer für die Großteilreinigung angeliefert bekommen.

Mit diesem Schritt erweitern wir unser Leistungsportfolio gezielt um die kontrollierte Reinigung großformatiger Hightech-Komponenten – unter definierten Bedingungen und mit klar dokumentierten Prozessparametern.

Technische Eckdaten unseres neuen Großteil-Reinigungsbereichs:
·        Max. Bauteilgröße: 3.500 mm × 2.000 mm × 2.000 mm
·        Max. Bauteilgewicht: 900 kg
·        Waschcontainer mit Edelstahlverkleidung im Innenraum
·        Trocknung mit gereinigter Druckluft oder Stickstoff
·        Prüfung und Verpackung in ISO-7-Umgebung

Großteile sind kein „größeres Kleinteil“.

Sie bedeuten andere Reinigungsprozesse, andere Handhabung, andere Anforderungen an Prozesskontrolle und Rückkontaminationsschutz.
Wer hier sauber arbeiten will, braucht die passende Infrastruktur. WASSERMANN TECHNOLOGIE GmbH investiert bewusst in Prozesssicherheit und Skalierbarkeit für anspruchsvolle Hightech-Anwendungen.

Die vollständige Inbetriebnahme unseres neuen Reinigungsbereichs schließen wir bis Ende März ab.
