The UM universal hardening machine is an “All-rounder” among vertical induction hardening machines. This machine offers maximum flexibility in a minimum of installation space. Thanks to its modular design, the UM can be configured for almost any hardening task. Thanks to the modular principle with rotary indexing tables, infeed and outfeed belts, twin work spindles, robot automation and much more, the UM can be perfectly adapted to your requirements.

The UM is often used for inductive hardening of CV joint components, including inner and outer race, housings and wheel hubs.
