The VHM 1000 vertical hardening machine is an optimally tailored solution for the powertrain product area.

Originally developed for the product driveshaft, this machine type can be used for a wide range of products such as rotor shafts, camshafts and many other components.

In addition to classic single shot hardening, scan hardening can also be selected. In regards to the high rigidity of the system parts, the maximum speed and a high availability of the machine, we set new standards. The machine can be configured modularly with one or two hardening stations and thus optimally adapted to the application, cycle time and cost budget.
