TopsWorks combines 3D design and manufacturing in the sheet metal process chain. The software for sheet metal processing is fully integrated into SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS sheet metal processing. Perfectly harmonized with TruTops from Trumpf, TopsWorks in combination with SOLIDWORKS sheet metal processing is the ideal tool for producing high-quality and dimensionally accurate sheet metal parts faster, more cost-effectively and with virtually no scrap. With version 2023, TopsWorks uses the TBS (TruBendingSimulation) calculation module from TRUMPF. This means that you can work with even more precise shortening values and an expanded material database in TopsWorks. This is because TBS represents a continuous process for all bending technology data from design to the finished component. 3D models always correspond 100 percent to the later manufactured sheet metal part, as exact shortening values and bending radii from TruTops Boost are already used in the design phase. Complex adjustments during the ongoing process are a thing of the past with TopsWorks, which saves time and speeds up the entire production process.
