High Speed Circular Saws HCS-E Series

The all-rounder for steel trade and industry

Large-scale production with a maximum of output and quality. High-quality components and technical finesse make the HCS 90 E and HCS 150 E a real Behringer Eisele industrial circular saw. Being reliably working saws, focused on the basics, they are the leaders in terms of performance in their class. With 8 kW / 15 kW drive power and applicable saw blade diameters up to 460 mm, the two all-rounders cover a wide range of requirements.

Limits are newly defined

It is unique! The Multi-Fluid cooling concept multiplies the already high cutting performance of the HCS industrial circular saws many times over. Shorter cycle times, higher output – the Multi-Fluid concept of the HCS MF high speed circular saws opens new horizons of efficiency thanks to its pinpoint cooling during the cutting process. The Multi-Fluid system is excellent for sawing high-alloy stainless steels and tool steels, nickelbased alloys like Inconel and Hastelloy as well as titanium alloys.
