I modelli a 2 guide: MEMO, MASTER e MAXIM presentano la struttura del tipo monolitica a terra e guide a doppio prisma con terza guida d'appoggio sotto il carro.
Righe ottiche standard sugli assi.
Doppio evacuatore trucioli.
Contropunta pneumostatica o automatica tramite ben 6 bloccaggi idraulici.
Controllo sforzo e allungamento per dilatazione termica tramite cella di carico elettronica per canotto contropunta.
Sistema con vite o doppio motopignone per asse Z.
Asse C tramite motore indipendente e asse Y opzionale.
Cavi a scomparsa per carro e contropunta.
Inoltre è possibile equipaggiare anche un sistema "palletizzato" semiautomatico con sostituzione torretta di tornitura, con pallet al caso di fresatura o di barenatura o di rettifica.

Completa la gamma a 2 guide il tornio MAJESTIC che presenta guide piane con sezione 280 mm e larghezza bancale da ben 1200 mm.
Al quale è possibile applicare un sistema di trasmissione con doppio motore sulla testa (e doppio cambio gamma) con asse C integrato.

La versione a 3 guide MAGIC THREE (con in realtà 4 guide di scorrimento ma con quella centrale in comune) così, bancale unico e monolitico, da ben 1500 mm di larghezza, si presenta con un carro estremamente generoso ottenendo un baricentro estremamente ribassato. In tal modo la prima guida del carro lato operatore permette un’accessibilità unica nel suo genere, per poter lavorare di fatto con la versatilità di un tornio a 2 guide ma con la capacità di un 4 guide, e quindi con lunetta indipendente (automatica o manuale) rispetto al carro.
Sistema di fresatura tramite montante +/- 280 mm, con testa automatica indexata o millesimale oppure con sistema asse B indexato o millesimale tramite tavola girevole sottostante.

Infine la versione a 4 guide MAGIC FOUR con 2 bancali: separati e indipendenti.
Anche qui suggeriamo la comprovata soluzione con doppio motore al mandrino e asse C integrato.
Secondo eventuale carro a scomparsa grazie alle guide prolungate sotto testa con montante di fresatura e asse Y +/- 500 mm.

The 2-guides models: MEMO, MASTER and MAXIM feature the monolithic ground type structure, with double prism guides with a third support guide under the carriage.

Thrust control and workpiece expansion compensation by means of electronics load cell, for tailstock sleeve.
Screw or double moto-pinion system for Z axis.

It is also possible to equip a semiautomatic "palletised" system with a turning turret replacement, with pallets for milling or boring or grinding.

Completing the 2-guides range is the MAJESTIC lathe, which features flat guides with a 280 mm cross-section and an impressive 1200 mm bed width.
In addition, it is possible to apply a double drive system with a double motor on the head (and double range gearbox) with integrated C-axis.

The 3-guides MAGIC THREE version (with actually 4 rails but with the central one in common) with a monolithic bed and with 1500 mm bed width, allowed the realisation of a generous carriage with a lowered centre of gravity. In this way, the first guideway of the carriage on the operating side allows unique accessibility, so that it can actually work with the fit of a 2 guideway lathe but with the capacity of a 4 guideway one, and therefore with a steady rest (automatic or manual one) independent from the carriage.
