The Geyser uses a high-pressure water jet for cleaning and deburring. The pressure range can be adjusted to between 100 and 3,000 bar depending on the component, material and residual contamination requirements. We perform extensive tests at our Technical Center to determine the optimum parameters.
High-pressure cleaning Persistent contaminants, such as shavings/filings, welding residues, silicates, etc. can be loosened effortlessly with high force.
High-pressure deburring Machining burrs, casting flakes and shavings/filings can be reliably removed – even from workpieces with technically complex geometries. The high-pressure jet is directed at the critical points of the component so that even those components with deep or small holes, blind holes and undercuts can be deburred with ease thanks to the high kinetic energy of the jet.
The AtlanticTR multi-chamber immersion cleaning system can handle the most stringent requirements in terms of the smallest particles and film contaminations in precision and ultra-precision cleaning. Various different cleaning processes can be deployed in this multi-stage system. Its modular design allows it to be adapted flexibly and individually to your needs.
With a variety of different models, the Ocean turntable systems from BvL are designed for many different cleaning tasks, even with strong contamination and high loads. The spray cleaning process reliably removes oil, grease, cooling emulsion and swarf from industrial components.

The YukonDA is a spray cleaning system for continuous material flow which is adapted to customer requirements. The parts pass through the successive treatment zones continuously (cycled if required). Cleaning is carried out by moving the parts past the fixed nozzle systems.

PacificTA is a large volume spray cleaning system. The processing steps are carried out in a chamber. Cleaning is provided by an oscillating special nozzle system.
The TwisterRT is a rotary indexing system in which the goods are transported via a rotating platform through the treatment zones. The loading/unloading zone is in the same position. Cleaning is performed with a powered rotating nozzle system.
