GreenFlux 1602 is an advanced flux composed of a blend of complex potassium salts, borates, and fluoroborates. It is free from boric acid and SVHC substances, making it an excellent choice for capillary solder joints with high-silver alloys, copper-phosphorus, and copper-phosphorus-silver alloys.

Specifically designed for use with ternary and quaternary alloys, GreenFlux 1602 is ideal for applications involving CuP and CuPAg alloys.
