Metal powder filler wire for gas-shielded arc welding, ideal for series production as well as maintenance and repair work where maximum reliability, performance and productivity are required.

The seamless welding material is based on FeCrC with a high proportion of extremely hard special carbides. It is characterized by exceptional wear resistance to abrasive and erosive loads.

This special alloy produces a weldable material with finely dispersed precipitates in an austenitic microstructure. It ensures excellent abrasion resistance to both fine and coarse mineral particles and retains its properties even at high temperatures (58 HRC at 600°C; 42 HRC at 800°C).
