i have two question and i hope i can find good answers ... the first one is .. does the hypertherm max200 plasma machine starts with high frequency?
and the second one is ... can i use the hypertherm max200 torch with another plasma machine (Chinese machine)?? thank you for your time

The Max200 is a high frequency start plasma system. No, the Max200 torch is not designed to work on other plasma systems. It requires a 185 psi water cooling system as well as a plasma gas flow control system and a separate shield gas flow control. It needs an accurate pilot arc current ramping circuit as well.
