Hi, I recently bought a milling machine at an auction in Germany.
He came to me with several problems.
It was possible to launch PEAK715 and restore the parameters that were in it. CMOS battary replaced and load defoult bios settings.
At the moment, the problem with a non-working keyboard remains. Here on the forum I found information on how to enter the test console using a standard keyboard.
In the picture I highlighted in blue what works and in red what doesn't work.
However, there is a green LED on the board behind the monitors above the canbus connector. It blinks when you press any button, even those that I marked as non-working. The computer also has an LED that blinks when you press buttons.
Tell me, please, is this a hardware or software error?
I saw on the forum that someone replaces the P8255A-5 chip. But I don't have such a microcircuit, also the size is placed there P80C321. Maybe it's not the correct CAN-bus settings in some window or menu? All jumpers sets right for my software version 2.37.....
Please help to solve the problem.

In this forum i saw few same topics with this proble. I solved it. And i try explain what I did. Half buttons on console doesn't work. This machine i received with bad BIOS battery. All bios parameters were in default. After two weeks of pain, i decided to reset bios again.
First i set right date.
Then changed primary video - PCI
Then changed ,in PCI/PNP page, manage resource - manual.
And set IRQ 9 assigned to Legasy ISA
Then save and reboot.
After this my buttons on console start work correctly. But i received error of motion board card. Matrix4 doesn't reset correctly.
Then i changed in bios IRQ 7 assigned to Legasy ISA. Save reboot.
But error with matrix4 still present.
At last i changed IRQ 5 assigned to Legasy ISA. Save reboot.
After that all machine start work correctly!!!
Maybe it's helping someone.

Bloke of your still out there please help.
i got a keyboard hooked up managed to press f1 and got into the Cmos settings i followed a hurco service bulletin and went through all the standard and advanced settings.
I copied what bloke suggested in another post for the cylinder heads 1223 sect 50 etc amd manged to boot the system.
It brings me to the part set up screen and the progam screen
But the main controller none of the buttons work i can only use the keyboard.
It wont allow me to press manual power, cycle start to enable the drivers.
Its like the machine has forgot ot has the controller all the parameters needed to set it up arent there.
Really need help here if anyone even reads these anymore
