Description

ZT-180A is a high precision PCD & PCBN tools automatic grinder, especially for indexable inserts and milling

cutters. The feed shaft is equipped with a linear motor, which has more precise movement and fast reaction

speed. It can grind large radius and irregular curves by interpolation through two-axis linkage. High precision

grinding of complex curve edge such as groove cutter can be accomplished in one clamping. Two sets of grinding

wheel dressers, one is responsible for grinding wheel leveling, and the other is responsible for cleaning the

surface of grinding wheel on line. We can also provide professional high precision rotary tool attachment, 5-axis

linkage, realize automatic and manual grinding.
