In addition to conventional horizontal balancers on the bed, we offer compact balancers that meet the ergonomic requirements of each customer. The biggest advantage of compact balancing machines is that they can be easily placed - built-in vibration isolators do not require foundations. Consequently, our compact machines occupy a small footprint compared to conventional bed balancers. This is made possible by the guard connected to the balancer body - these guards do not take up additional square meters of space. Despite their small size, these compact balancers have a solid body with silica sand filling to dampen vibrations. As a result, our machines are able to take highly accurate measurements and are less sensitive to external interference.
The balancing machines are capable of balancing many types of rotors with their own journals, as well as rotors balanced on replacement shafts. Our designs, depending on the customer's choice, allow balancing rotors with masses of: 15 kg, 30 kg, 50 kg, 80 kg or 100 kg with a maximum diameter of 600 mm and rotor lengths from 360 mm to 1600 mm.
