Hi all, I've been surfing the subforum hoping to find some sources for large gantry beam profile, hopefully US based. I've looked at 80/20 but largest I could find there was 3"x 6" or 80x160. I se what looks to be larger profile on some of the YT builds. Was interested in something closer to 80x200. Any suggestions?

I've seen references to cncrouterparts.com as a source but everytime I try to track that down I just end up at AVID cnc. Any sources for larger higher end DIY parts would also be appreciated. Sources for the small low end stuff are abundent.

Hi Kelly - cncrouterparts changed their name to AVID some time ago. So they are the same company. I suggest you look at standard extrusions something in a hollow rectangle 200x80. Here in Oz I can get heavy wall 100x100 and use two of them. makes a great gantry. Peter

Thanks for the resource list.

I just purchased some items from parco. They have larger items that I didn't find anywhere else.

Very happy with the parts.

I have also purchased a few related items from Mcmaster.

Sorry for the picture quality - not sure why it looks off. Maybe compressing the photo from 10 mb to 250 k was too much.
