About DERO

DERO AG was founded in Liedertswil in 1946 and has since been active as a supplier in the field of precision mechanics. Soon, with the development of centric clamps and clamping solutions, an own manufacturing program was built up, which became known far beyond the Swiss border.

In the last 10 years, the company has increasingly specialised in contract manufacturing. For this reason, the Own Products division was sold to a partner in 2021, thereby strategically strengthening contract manufacturing. In a transitional phase between 2014 and 2020, René Hänni was responsible for the operational management of the company as external CEO with the aim of further developing the structure, processes, technology and digitalisation. Since 2020, Pascal Degen has been the third-generation owner of the innovative precision engineering company.
