Description

· Features: Direct rigid connection to loads via a flange, eliminating the need for couplings and ensuring high concentricity.Integrated gearbox and internal ring gear: compact, high-precision, large output torque.Input-motor connection: collet locking (after dynamic balance) ensures pitch circle concentricity and backlash-free transmission at high speeds.

· Material Introduction:Gears are made of chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. After quenching and tempering (core hardness 25HRC), they undergo gas nitriding, achieving a surface hardness of 600HV, with excellent wear resistance and impact toughness.

· Advantages: High installation precision, minimal vibration, suitable for high-accuracy transmission.

· Applications: Servo presses, precision rotary tables, medical equipment positioning mechanisms.
