Description

 Features: It adopts a planetary gear system combined with bevel gears/worm gears to achieve 90° right-angle steering, with a compact structure. All components are processed and assembled with high precision, ensuring stable operation.

Material Introduction: Gears are made of heat-treated chromium-molybdenum alloy steel; shafts are made of quenched and tempered medium carbon steel or alloy structural steel; housings are made of gray cast iron or aluminum alloy.

Advantages: The right-angle layout is suitable for narrow spaces. The planetary transmission provides high torque output, excellent impact and overload resistance, and a transmission efficiency of over 90%. Meanwhile, multi-tooth meshing and precise assembly ensure low vibration and noise during operation.

Applications:Suitable for robotic arms and conveying equipment in automated production lines, robot joints, tool magazines and worktables of CNC machine tools, as well as automated equipment such as logistics sorting and stackers.
