Product NameDIamond Resin Bonded Wheels for Surface or External Grinding
Surface grinding is the most used application for high precision parts of all kind of material. Above 35 HRC, super-abrasive wheels are the norm. Surface grinding can be achieved with straight or cup grinding wheels.
External grinding is an application of peripheral grinding simultaneous to a rotation of the workpiece.

Ceramics: Diamond Resin Bond (Ex : BA) 

We produce all kind of wheels according to FEPA stadnards or to yoru own design.
We define the right specification according to your requirements.

Main shapes of wheels: 1A1 / 3A1 / 6A1 / 6A2 / 14A1 / 9A1, but we cover the whole FEPA standard

Some example of our bonds:
JY1D DIAMOND general Resin bond for profile and surface grinding. Applies to TCT/ Crystal/ Sapphire,..
JY3BD DIAMOND general Resin bond, similar use to JY1D but a little softer and sharper than JY1D.
We have defined more than 100 different resin bond specification for specific uses.
