Description
Double-side fine grinding is removing material by using a bonded super- abrasive wheel at low speed with a
liquid as coolant. The fixed grain acts as a plough and material is removed by micro-grooving/ micro-cutting. Main
benefits: low Ra, repeatability tolerance <1µ, coolant is recycled, minimal cleaning is necessary, 3 to 15 times faster than lapping.
