Description
Internal grinding applies to the internal diameter of the workpiece. On serial production of steel parts, CBN vitrified
bonded wheels, extremely hard, will provide a longer tool life, effective grinding and high productivity.

We can offer our long-term experience of CBN vitrified applications, mainly in the automtovie industry but not only.
years after years we have developped many specific bonds that we adapt to the customer's requirements:
- HSS/High alloyed (bearing, piston): CBN Vitrified bond V888 or F888 (sharper)
- Hardened Steel (CVJ / window): CBN Vitrified bond F8 (middle hardness) or F10 (sharper)

Main shapes: 1A8W / 1A1W / 6A1 / 1A1 / 1A8
Anyway we can produce any standard FEPA shape or any specific design accordign to your drawing or requirements
