I'm trying to set up my spindle speed with mach3 software with pokeys57CNC interface board.

I have a multiplier of 0.00416, 24000 rpm spindle, kernel speed 20 khz, PWM base 2000, but my spindle runs 4 times as fast as what i put in mach.
The ratio of the pulleys is 1.
The number of poles is set to 2
The rotating speed/ motor revolutions is set to 3000
Im trying to get the good RPM ratio by changing the pulley ratio but nothing happens.

Any help would be much appreciated

Why would you set the motor revolutions to 3000

Some of the Parameters you need to set

F003=400 (KeyPad Control)

F004=400

F005=400

F011=120

F140=2.2

F141=220

F142=9

F143=02

F144=24000

The PWM base seems to be high start at 100
