I have recently bought a used chinese 6090 machine. when jogging on the all axis it moves fine at any speed but when i send a job to it any curves seem to make a awful grinding noise as if the motors are fighting against each other. If i slow it down it cuts curves but the speed at which it does it is way too slow & would take for ever to do even the most simplest of jobs.

I was wondering if anyone had came across this issue before. i have it running from Drufel cnc just now as the person I bought it from recommended it but from what i seen when collecting the machine he didnt have much experience with it. Any help would be much appreciated.

...try a G08 ( no feed ramps) or G09 (exact stop) or could be a different G code for your controller.
