Recently our company acquired a used ezcut cnc machine with a 6'x12' table which utilizes a hypertherm powermax 125 plasma cutter. Its about 8 years old and has some issues, no shock there. So far we've addressed a number of them but as for actually cutting the material which is 16 gauge steel we are having an issue where it's cutting about a 1/4" too small on the y axis but cuts perfectly on the x axis. While on smaller cuts about a 1/8" too small. I'm guessing the problem is the machine is not moving far enough in the y direction because of either a calibration issue or maybe a mechanical issue with maybe the motor or the belts, any advice at this point would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.
