In most cases it is caused by the battery, you can replace a new battery and see if the problem solved or not.

Hi,
that problem has been reported before. My understanding is that replacing the battery, while required, will not fix it. Critical data has been lost and needs be repopulated before it will run again.
There are various repair companies whom do this.

You can not replace the battery without deleteing the BIOS on the board unless you have a parallel voltage
