I was wondering if someone could help me identify the specs for this motor. I've been searching the forum and the web but guess I haven't clicked on the right one yet.
Thanks,
Marv

Well the pic didn't turn out like I wanted. the Part Number is JDH-2250-BN-1C. Clifton Precision, no indication of volts, amps, etc on the label.
Thanks,
Marv
The clifton motors are usually rated at 24vdc at around 1500 rpm, try them on 24v and check the rpm if possible and if they are rotating at that rpm, check the current and get an idea of the power out.

Thanks Al,
It runs fine at 24v. I don't have any way to determine the rpms but it looks like it's going about 1500. I'll see if I can check the current. Any idea of what kind of power they would be? The mouning flange is the same size as the NEMA 23 stepper motors I have.
Thanks,
Marv
Al,
Well looks like I see .11 amps at 24volts, no load. That would be about 2.64 watts. I can put a load on the motor and it will creep up to 1.0 amps or a little more. Not too much power huh.

There was a post here not to long ago for determining the torque values etc, you may want do a search here.

Ok, I'm on it. Thanks Al
