The Roundo® R series, belongs to the upgraded line of premium angle rolls covering capacities from 1 to 20000 cm3. The R series achieve a faster, tighter bending with fewer passes, which results in reduced cycle times.

Besides being used for bending all standard and special profiles with unmatched precision, quality, and reliability, they are also used for spiral forming. 

Manufactured with premium internal components, the R model offers the lowest working height in the industry which eliminates the need of pit construction, bringing a greater operator ergonomics while facilitating the profile or tube loading.

Furthermore, an advanced hydraulic system and special components have been installed capable of reducing noise and increase control. Another important feature of the Roundo® R series is that each axis can be independently controlled maintaining its maximum bending capacity without loss of power regardless of speed. For greater precision a user-friendly control concept, the wCNC4, is provided as standard.
