High-tech welding with Laser Light
The Flexible Laser Welder 400 from Felsomat is an ideally matched machine concept for rotationally symmetrical components such as gear wheels, differentials, planetary carriers, clutches and torque converters. The fusion of materials is achieved by a high energy concentration of the laser source. The preparatory joining and heating processes are carried out in a rotary cycle on the respective stations.

Based on the solid-state disk laser sources of our system partner Trumpf, we achieve an increase in productivity, quality and flexibility with the shortest cycle times - and all this with the smallest footprint and largest working area.

From the individual machine to the integrated production system:
Thanks to the modular design of the FLW 400, any production solution can be realised, from the simple manually loaded two-station machine to the complex production system, including the Felsomat automation components; and all this flexibly, efficiently and tailor-made.
