Have a try "Big Blue Saw" inkscape save as filter. I did use it for text (chinese), inkscape,Big Blue Saw, Dxf ,Heekscnc,linuxcnc router.

Try the "Big Bule Saw"
dxf files "save as" with "Big Bule Saw DXF output" extension from Inkscape can be read by cam.

For using dxf files with Heekscnc. Librecad can import dxf file and then write them out in format Heekscnc can read-in correctly.
I will only pay for a cam software that is better then a free one....
