yea 40mm extrusions may be overkill, but it'll be sturdy! You can really get away with their lowest extrusion, the 1010 stuff (1"), since the enclosure isnt supporting anything except its own...

Got my wildfire 3.0 to work now on my machine. Also got vericut to work with Xp, anyone know how to use vericut, I don't see any NC menus within Pro/e, but I can start vericut outside of Pro....

What are the differnece in the bf16 to bf20? Also I thought the bf machines are made in china? my understanding was that companies like Optimum sell the bf's and pseudo passes them off as german made...

mmm maybe try grounding the motor, if the wires were pulled off, make sure ther reconnected correctly, otherwise it should work off the mounts. Check for any fail safe switches, tho I doubt thers...
