you mean the parameters of RS232 in PC (like baud rate and ......etc)

if yes, i have entered all parameters manually.

I have exactly the same problem with same statues .... are you fix it ? how ?

resetting machine memory i got these two alarms ... the machine can't be operated in automatic mode.

i checked the way lube, spindle lube and air pressure and all of them are ok.

i don't know...

i'm new in fadal..... i have 1992 vmc4020 (CNC88HS)

every time i try to run the machine in AUTO mode, i get the message "Check Spindle Lube, Way Lube and Air Pressure" ..... i do not...

i did (hit start few times) but i got the same message .... check the lube.....

it's filled, also the air pressure is 6 bar and spindle cooler tankmis ok.

i got this message when i press Auto:

Check Spindle Lube, Way Lube and Air Pressure

every time i press AUTO, i get a message "check way lube"

1- press MD then enter (to go to MDI mode)
2- Press PR then enter
3- Press any number for the program (EX: 342)
4- Press IN then enter
5- line in what i need then...

i'm new in fadal..... i can move my 1992 vmc4020 (CNC88HS) in MD mode easily.

i need to type several commands in MD mode and run these command together.

EX: in Fanuc i can type as...

i need powermill post processor for fadal vmc 4020 with a cnc 88hs.

also please, what are the different between format 1 and 2 in that control?
