Are you getting any alarms when you stoping the spindle by hand? Or when orienting and try to move it?
it slowly builds from 2.300 VDC to 2.55 VDC as you watch it.
That is your problem - sensor not reading the voltage from drive
When you getting right voltage from the vector drive - it’s not a capacitor
Check the cluch on the shuttle arm... tighten the nut. I think it’s slipping
It was probably not a minor crash :)
Check the alignment of the Turret
325-340 DC bus is what you want to see on Haas machines.
When you start the machine in the morning it’s probably not reading this voltage (checked in diagnostic page ... page down ) you will see DC...
The oil should be just on the left side and no oil on the right.

Need new seal.
Did you check the drawbar?
Make sure you set the clamp/unclamp switches after you added shims.
Run it for a week and then check TRP Height to make sure it’s still the same .
Where are you located ?
Did you try to rotate the ballscrew by hand x and y? How does it fill???
I'm sure that's not the parameters issue.

After you swap the motors, how is the x motor now?
Compear the parameters x and y , they should be the same. The only one parameter you have to set is your "grid offset"
How are you trying to lock it???
Did you try to use the air gun to blow the air directly into the copper tubing (high gear side) and make sure you turning the spindle while doing this. If it doesn't work - most likely that's your...
