We have Mori CL 150 CNC Lather Machine.
It use M64 System, Now the main board was broken so we must replace the main board PCB and re-install parameter and PLC.
Any one know procedure for this...

It is easy if you have document of Mitsubishi controller,
and you must have M5PLC or GX Developer Soft ware

I have same problem with you.
It issues from Servo Drive, Control PCB board was broken, I see some IC component was burn.
I replace 03 drive for this problem with Fanuc OI MB System.

PMC program did not lost.
You should take a PCMCIA card. Copy parameter and change the name to "CNCPARA.DAT"
Put Card into PCMCIA slot on CPU 16TB and read all parameter in to memory.
