A GrizHFMinimill Yahoo group member posted that he had contacted Grizzly. According to the post... The sale ends December 31, 2007.
I'm ordering mine today!!! :D
Bob
Well, it's been a while and I thought I'd post an update.
It has been a busy year!
Daughter got married and moved to Germany with my son-in-law (he's in the army). :(
Had a plate breaking...
Hello Ron,
I see it's been awhile with no replies, did you ever replace the bearings? If so which ones did you end up going with?
Bob
Bob,
Those are really nice! Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing!
What bits are you using for your signs?
The matalic blue auto paint looks good on that Mustang :)
Bob
The sign looks really good!
Have been following your build for a while, turned out really nice!
Bob
Chris,
Try Lazy Cam from Artsoft, it can be downloaded from here:
http://www.artsoftcontrols.com/artsoft/downloads/downloads.htm
The forum for it is here:...
Flyon,
The waiting is the hardest part, well maybe next to finding time to play! :)
Congratulations, it's fun when the motors turn for the first time!!!
When I first got involved with my kit...
Bio,
JLT's site I believe is the most complete setup with video links and several pictures.

Also some videos at High Tech Systems site:...
Brian,
Great job! Those are some nice looking pieces!
Thanks for sharing!
Bob
I've been busy trying to figure out how to build a walker and wheel chair out of 8020... :)
Actually it's been a rat race around here. My son got married. He's building a house, he and his wife...
Kent,
I think they all look nice! The touched up one does make the mouth area look better, but hey, he is an orge and probably got popped in the mouth my some human...
I think your friend George...
Kent,
George ought to be happy with that! I like the accessory kit! I've got some BBQ tools and a bottle opener from Klien Tools with the black rubber handles.
Your hammer silver / blue kit...
Claudio,
You got that thing built yet? ;)
Nice collection!
What is the large bit below the Rockler sign making bits, straight down from the T-9 bottle?
Thanks,
Bob
Bio
I use the same bits as Joe, but have also purchased some 1/2 and 3/8 shank bits. I have the Hitachi and have used them a couple of times but for me see no reason to have them as the 1/4" shank...
Great news! What did it end up being?
You can run without the machine limits in place. I have yet to hook mine up.
Just keep and eye on things. Have fun!
Bob
Nice!
LOL, I guess we'll have to ask Claudio if you're that good looking or not...
What method of painting are you using?
Thanks!
Bob
Joe, what do you do with all those coasters? ;)
Very nice results!!
Seeing that you are using your latest style dc, that being the plastic versus the brush, I take it you like this style more...
Kent,
I was thinking it would look good with your portrait in it...
40144
;)
Mighty fine looking work! Keep um coming!
Walt,
Don't forget the lovejoy spiders, drawings and picture here:

Have fun,
Bob
Bio,
If you are satisfied that the carriage rolls back and forth across the y-axis with out raising up, and is not hanging cocked causing the problem, then I would remove the anti backlash nut and...
Never mind, after going back and reviewing your prior pictures it looks like you've got it designed to be able to raise the router mount up on the z-axis back plate.
Bob
Joe,
Looks good, can't wait to see it in action!
How much room will you have with the ATC in place? In the picture it looks like it might be a little tight?
Bob
Very nice Rick!
Thanks for the info, it's always nice to see crative work, pick up a tip or two on how it was done! That is a very nice looking piece!
Bob
Kent,
LOL!!! I'm pretty thick skinned and got a kick out of that! Actually I'll take it as a complement, makes me look much better... :D
That looks pretty good, you should put it over in Joe's...
Hello Mike,
Welcome to the club, look forward to your build log!
I use AutoCAD Lt 2006, VCarve Pro and Mach3 for all of my work.
I also have Cut 3D and PhotoVCarve, all from Vectric.
Bob
Very nice Rick!
When you get a chance can you post details on what bits you used and how you finished the cribbage board. It's nice to see these work pieces and would be great to get a little detail...
I purchased mine from here:
http://www.cadcamcadcam.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=134
I believe David might have gotten it from the same place.
Bob
Ya, sure, what ever you say... :D
Nice job! VCarve is a lot of fun, the more I mess with it the more I see that can be done. Keep um coming!
Bob
My point, exactly... :D
I got a laugh out of seeing your bench top in picture one, turn into picture 3, reminded me of the way my projects go, starts out with a couple wrenchs and some...
