Easyest way to do is this (but this is rather a Macgyver way) : A axis AMP card has a FAULT wire. If this wire does not have + 20V on it (maybe more) then axis logic card (or CPU) will E-stop...

Has DC servos. Up until recently we had this kind a kick and overload at startups and CSs. Since i ve replaced one AMP to a non fadal , non AMC type on that axis...

The lowest connector is for the resolver. In the middle you will find the con. for the AMP (this is the analoge output)

the lowest is just below the blue connectors.

Some EM jamming causes this problem. Or the logical unit has some issues with DC power not stable or HF signals . So the started spindle makes it fail completly....

The opto resolver is OK (replaced).
Loop signal to AMP card is OK. (measured the sinus resistance curve)
6 contactor "brush"...
