I've owned a few Matsuura's over the years. They are absolutely rock solid machines. VERY reliable.
Accurate, fast, easy to set up. Scott at Methods is awesome.
You haven't really told us how many parts your production requirements are.
If you are getting 12 parts in 2 hours, that's a 10 min run time. that is with a 6k spindle. With jsut a jump to 10k, ...
Looked in my maint manual.
K11 adn K12 are the CW and CCW relays.

Probe or no?
Go to offsets, and if you have a probe, touch off each tool.

What is the problem.
No I'm not calling the repair guy.
If I can't fix it cheaply, it's out of here.
I have a Daewoo and had an SL10. Both are 6" machines. The Haas is "claimed" to be a 15hp machine. It's not. The Daewoo is in fact a 20 hp machine. It will run the same program about 30% faster...
You could have bought two thread mills for the price of that tap....
And it would do the job nicer and faster. Not to mention lasting longer....
On my 0iT control, touch tool off, offset page, type: Z0.0 then press the measure button.
Battery (APC) replaced. Machine homes in X but not in Z
Is there a value I need to input in the parameters somewhere?????????????
Machine was moved and not under power for 4 months. Phase was incorrect not allowing machine to power up. Hyd pump threw an alarm.

4th is an option. There are two options actually, one is just the cableing. The other is the whole thing with all the cableing and the servos.

I wheel cut eveything right to depth. One pass. I would spin up a mandrel large enough so that the cutter was well supported and left about .25 to cut with. Releave the inside of the mandrel and...
You haven't told us a thing about your speeds and feeds....
Machinery's tells us to drill (HSS) at 20 to 40sfm. With your half inch drill that would be 153 to 305 rpm. feed is .007 to .015 per...
This machine has been actually quite reliable. Sometimes the toolchanges are a little noisy, I spray a little WD40 up in the spindle and work the tool release button and that cures it for a while. ...
Finally figured that "What the heck...it's a Haas" Used a pry bar and out she came.
2000 Haas Mini
