NICE! What does that beauty cost?
How long for delivery? George has a reputation of delivery problems.

Don't forget to take into account the gauge of the wire in the extension cord.

Take a look at CAMaster. CAMaster CNC - CNC Routers, Plasma Cutters, & Lasers - Home of the Cobra CNC Router they may have what you want.
A very interesting thread. Most spindles require a ramped start up when first turned on. Something like 6000rpm, 12,000rpm and 18000rpm. This I assume to get the lubricant moving for proper...
Don't feel bad as you are not the first to do this. I agree a plastic sleeve or something would be helpful and this problem will most likely be addressed in the next generation of those controllers...
Did you use a non-conducting screw driver?

Jason,
sorry for the confusing way I asked the question. I was trying to determine the size of the board OA?

Nice job! I think that will be a big seller for you and make using the G540 easier and neater. What is the center to center dimensions of the mounting holes? It might just fit a small enclosure I...
Since you are using a 24V supply please disregard my suggestion. The relays on the interface board are 12V.
You might find this helpful.

Nice! But do you have actual pictures to share?
Would you allow visit to see your new machine?
I would love to see one moving and how you have it configured.
Thank you, JD68
Jason,
how hard would it be to add LEDs to show when the relay is energized?
OPS! I didn't realize it was that big. So, obviously I am confused by the many postings but cannot find where things like "basic sizes" are found.
Again, George what happened to the idea of a US...
NICE!
How do I get one?
What happened to the idea of a US distributor?

What did you use for a VFD? The spindles sure are interesting. I have followed some of the threads here on the ZONE and wonder if the Chinese VFD is the weak link and one should throw a dart at one...
Chuck,
did you buy anything? BlurryCustoms or otherwise?
I have looked long and hard and cannot find anyone using their equipment. I belong to a closed CNC forum and someone ask about BC and the...
I like the looks of your table and should be an easy build. What are the dimensions of the top of your table? Do you find it to be rigid enough for the router?
Thanks, JD
Nice job!
I hope all these new parts are on the new price list when it is posted.
JD
George,
what is delivery on the machines he asked for?
George,
the pictures are interesting but the quality leaves a bit to be desired. Exactly what are you trying to tell us with the pictures? Again I find them interesting but not very informative....
I am anxious to see the new list. Where will I find it? I notice no activity on your website for more than a month. It looks like a ghost town. So please let me know the price of one of your blue...
I notice there hasn't been any activity on his website in more than a month. Does this mean everything I see there is obsolete? I hope now that he has hired some help things will look differently....
All these "teasers" look interesting. How does one buy them?
JD
Have you considered the drives Gecko sell? Looks like a quality product made specifically for Gecko.

I have read the ZONE a lot and rarely hear 'helical rack and pinion' mentioned. Years ago when my employer was trying to eliminate backlash they went to helical cut gears. Made a big difference. Here...
Gerry nice job!
As a first step how about counter boring the shoulder bolts? Maybe something like half the diameter of the shoulder screw? May be easier than adding the plate you mentioned?
JD
Why doesn't George just use his website where he can do what he likes?
I visit there but not as much as I once did simply because there is no activity there and getting any detailed information is...
How much George? Where are your prices for all the neat ideas?
How much?
