Finished setting up the 2 - "X" stepper motors, Stepper #2 will run off the 4th driver & hot tip will move to the 5th driver on the RAMP 1.4 controller.

The "X" axle will now have 2 stepper motor a left & a right.

Finished to 2 print head mounts & belt drive.
The 2 heads are connect with a 1/2" bar which will be bolted downwhen in use.
Otherwise head #2 will be locked down to the far right...

Back in the '80's had a Universal 1750 50watt laser & the cooler was a water cooler w a tank for the water.

I have built 3 Tables with the 2" 4" 80/20 tubing with 4" x 4" legs.
Built it a least 50" wide X 10' cutting area as that is the size of metal sheets.
Rack & pinon is the best drive for it....

Try a drinking water cooler & use distilled water.

For wood, try a store wall display board.
You can get the plain w/T-slot, Alum T-slot installed or lamented.
Check at store hardware supplies in you area.
The are 4' x 8" x 3/4" Hardboard.

I used Grade 8 bolts & it still moves sometime.
I pinned the rack on the side with no help there.
