I am trying to help a local tech school get their Bridgeport DX-32 control to hook up to a computer via RS232 using cimco edit. I am close, it will receive 25 lines of code then stops....

I use MCX4 Mill and Wire. Mcam wire is relatively simply to use for 2 and 4 axis.
Kudos to the guys at mcam for my Agie Sprint post. It works well.

A quick solution for me is make several copies of the same op, give it a bigger step over for roughing and use the 'Z stock to leave" option to make multiple depth cuts. Say if the total cut was 1"...
