This is the response i got in July after not receiving a response to my emails for over 2 years.
A guys on the form contacted him and he emailed me.

Hi Greg,
Your parts are almost ready now....

I have been waiting 3 years for my part i have ordered.
They do not reply to my emails $2500 gone.

Defeng just contacted me.
My parts not yet ready for delivery but will be soon.

I just sent more emails to him today and they were sent back undelivered.
I also tried to send an email from his website it also came back undelivered.
This is the first time this has happened.

This is the reason i am posting on this forum in the hope someone is in contact with him.

Keep going don"t stop making patterns and casting. You are doing a great job.

Also be careful about the number of webs and fins you may use because they may have the opposite affect and tare the casting apart during solidification process and the other problem is in deep tight...

None of the casting design I have seen here, have difficult patterns or core boxes, some will just take longer than others....

I have also tried but with not as much success. If anyone can help that would be great.
I am getting an error message that says, Z- Plate is grounded or check the connection and try again....

To get a better finish Try a 0.2mm or a 0.1mm step over with a 0.2 mm depth of cut at 350mm per min or 400mm per min with a 6mm dia ball end 3 flute cutter, this is what I use.

I had the same problem. It turned out to be a loose ribin cable from my driver to the PC interface board. Just plug it back in.

I had the same Problem. It turned out to be the power supply.
Check to see if the fan is spinning on your power supply.
The step moters should also get hot when the power is on, if this is not...
