I ended up having to etch top and top drill at the G54 offset (also G53X0Y0)...

I flip my board like this ... bottom left corner of board G54 X0Y0 is for bottom layer etched then is flipped...

I am trying to get double sided boards to etch based on this chain. I am slightly confused about the layers and mirroring though...
I design in Eagle then run pcb-gcode.ulp to get the gcode for top,...
