I am selling off my X3 cnc mill conversion parts as one conversion unit.

It is basically the cnc fusion kit of 3 pre-loaded ball screws ...

I have a converted X3 with pre-loaded ball screws, gecko 203v et all, full set up on my mill. I am looking to sell the cnc portion of it all if you are interested for you mill.

So fired up my for the first time in forever and all 3 axis are binding. I did lube it and lossened the ways but that hasnt helped. It is an X3 with gecko g203v run by mach3.

Got a fixture plate sitting on the mill now. This thing is sweet! 1/4"/20 holes every inch along the length and 2" apart. Inbetween those are other holes drilled for dowls, so I am in good shape now...

yeah that is awesome, i am in the middle of the same mod with my X3...just got my fixture plate yesterday so I should have it done this week, hopefully with the tail stock too.
