You should be able to override the spindle warmup message on Haas mills by changing the following two parameters:

Parameter 258 cold spindle temp - change to a very low number

Does your current post-processor utilize the M07 mist coolant command? Does you machine have that feature. You could re-purpose the M7 code to output M50 like I showed for M8 in that case...

The following change should do what you need:

Change:

To:
